Abu Qatada; another unfairly stigmatised Muslim Cleric
There seems' to be unsurety about an apparent fret that old man, Qatada is, or will have on any national and international community, if he is subsequently released.
There are discrepancies' in the detention of Abu Qatada's imprisonment, first he was released under house arrest, whereby he was allowed to reside with his family, under extreme conditions' of enclosure.
Subject to breaching his bail conditions', whereby he took his children to a play area to express his family rights'-not being able to have contact with outside solicitors' to appeal against the decision made to home confinement, he was automatically sent back to the category A' belmarsh prison, whereby now; under convenience of re-arrest; the against party- have issued a warrant for him to be extradited to Jordan, I believe.Taking advantage of the given situation.
Questions' have to be asked, how can a old man under house detention be thrown back into a category A' imprisonment for breaching his bail conditions', by only taking his children to the park. If the breech was- a contact with a militant group and or associations', then I could clearly understand why the courts' would rule in this favour, but as it was a gentle breech to spend time with his family as a old man, who has aged due to pressures' from outside enforcements' of higher powers', it doesn't add up to a reasonable and just- judgement call. Rather; when he was under house detention, he wasn't a threat nor did he participate in any thing that resembled such activities' and rather he was practising fatherhood-over good period of time, after the alleged allegations'.
It is a well known fact that chechnyan muslims were under extreme pressures' from outside forces', facing war against a supreme nation of military force, the donations of money was a small contribution for self defence-to in-able innocent men to defend themselves' from falling victim to the unslaughterous war crimes' that been now after many years-documented in historical reports', whereby mass-murder and rape rampages took place on innocent families' who resided on their land, it was a war about the rights' of ownership of land, whereby the chechnyans' refused to move off theland that they had resided on for many years'. Building up their homes' and farms' and work. It was not a ploy to incite racial discrimination, rather it was a little support whereby no-body else was brave enough to help, nor was it an act of terrorism, it was a just-a part aid to restrict the or try to restrict the incoming military deployment of what had and is documented as a disastrous accounts' of slaughterers history that one really wouldn't expect in this day and age.
He should be returned to his family, and released back into society, by means' of slow re-introduction of effect, as there seems' to be, in this case, a continual release and re-arrest, over and over again. It seems' that the authority are picking at strews' because of his first appeal to reside in the uk under the asylum act of protection, of what then had devastating effects' on his character, rather the authorities' have picked him out and continually assumed and placed untold pressure on a guy that has been seen to be a family man, who just wishes for his life to be returned to a normal status of effect, on the -pro-mise that he will not feel guilty and aid poor war stricken muslim who have no other defence in the future.

And other brothers' that has been subjected to the race relations' and discrimination's' act, by means' of inappropriate-and mislayed information that was twisted by reporters' who subsequently had little and or no knowledge of faith related lectures', of what ended with the initial arrests' of religious teachers' and or people who were interested in becoming faith workers' and or religious teachers', and or community workers' to benefit community relations' with full explanations'- of faith related topics' that were misinterpreted by the press to portray a violent version of Islam, striking up hate and segregation amongst not only the wider community of non-Muslims' but amongst the Muslim population its-self. Having heard the rumours' from the tabloids', the muslim community on the whole assumed that this is what-the scholars were propagating without a full investigation to the whole course of lectures' it is without-founded evidence that this is actually what was being incited. Rather a few-sentences do not determined the whole course of religious lectures' of historical values' within the communities'.
It is with the race relations and discrimination's' act- that I claim they were unfairly discriminated against, by a bias campaign to rid the society of and or scare monger the Muslims' into submissive behaviour to not openly practise their religious values' in certain parts' of London and or the wider community.
From this campaign and instigation our teachers' have been subjected to extreme abuses' whereby they are not allowed to travel. After extreme prison terms' on unfounded evidences; they were subjected to torturous acts' such as sodomy and sexual rapes' to humiliate them even more; and this is just a mild form of what was really done to all the detainees' that were held elsewhere and or are being held in the most notorious prison known for its' mistreatment' fo innocent farmers', I dont need to say anymore.
As men of religious natures' and or teachers' status they will not come openly forward to admit such claims' , as it is a open shame in and amongst Muslim communities, due to religious scriptations'. They have been reduced to nervous wrecks' and have many medical conditions' such as arthritis and rheumatism, without the possibility of compensation of the hate that was incited upon them, they now face another term, whereby they are unable to travel. They should be able to travel abroad for medical treatments' for such dieses' that cause vitamin-disorders; on the grounds' of compassionate leave -granted by means' of associated illness. These may not look like extreme illnesses' but for those who suffer from them, they are extremely painful disorders' brought on by confinements' in small places' and mistreatment' of cold induced environments'.

As for accusations'; I dont need to explain myself, rather I know Allah is the watcher of all events', and with certainty of and in the bounds' of faith regulations', I have always' tried to conduct myself appropriately.
By means' of extreme manipulation, then in events' of confusion from over baring controllers'; my reactions dont count, as the situations were imposed hypothetically; by actual means' of creating an manipulative event, to produce an outcome; for your own desire to receive a unfair answer and or result to accuse some one of extremely over stepping religious boundaries', if that was the case I would have lost my belief in Allah, and extremely lost all sense of reality, some muslim relinquish their space for the sake of a peaceful mind so that no one bothers' them in trying to establish answers' and or being paranoid about such a individual who practices' faith to the best of their abilities' and or who holds rather a very pleasing character, by means' of envy -surrounding people will go out of their way to destroy the very foundations' that the person is built on. Rather a person with such qualities' can not be an actor, rather acting is by means of deliberate appropriation, to deceive by means' of exploitation. Rather a good character is based on pure-solid-progressive foundations' of up-bringing, and faith is something given in the heart not created by anyone individual outlooking. Rather; it is with faith and restraint that I try to hold firm to my faith, be them expressed openly and or be them hidden from view, within my own bounds' of home life. The book of mercy, is my own translation of the Quran, there is not another translation like and or similar to my own, of what I have ever seen to this date standing, so any claims' of plagiarism, is a complete-fabrication-as there is absolutely no match in any character of structural conduction, of what I know of to date. This is the nearest match to the actual accounts' of revelations', and I haven't seen anything that resembles my work to this date.
When the work is complete,Saudia will be able to cut and paste it to match it even nearer to the actual Quran outlay.
I reserve the rights' over my translation; until further notice-is handed over to Saudi, who then can claim full rights' over it. I am presuming Saudi wish for my to finish my works', if they so wish I will discontinue at the grace of the saudia King.

Ike Turner-Tina Turner
Taking back his family name
It is with the sounding of the turner name, in relation to the two T' status that apparently-hooked a catch.
With the building up of the family industry with the strength of Ike turners' name, it is only fair to state that half the proceeds', despite accusations' and or domestic abuses', should alternately determined that all family members' involved on Ikes' side should receive a 50% share of the use of his name in regards' to the profit that Tina received from such an investment. It was with-his name that she built her whole identity persona. Thus to exclude Ikes' family from all shares' of proceeds', is in it's self a rip-off in affairs of monetary funds'.
If Tina hated Ike as much as she claimed, and that he attacked her on more then several occasions', then she wouldn't have been able to manage herself as well as she had done, with vast amounts' of gigs' on the horizon, bookings' and family life to attend to, things' may not be quite like what she states or accuses'.
If Tina so hated Ike, why then would she continue to carry his family name, with a continual form of extreme abuse the first thing any fair seeming woman would do, is rid herself of all identity of her former partner and or association by de-pole of effect, to carry her maiden name. As money was an extreme benefactor, and an opportunity to have 100% profit, it untimely looks' like she cut it, by means' of greed and deception, to take center stage, thus betraying Ike, ripping him off in his association of business- that he built up-carrying Tina, then by means' of escape to cut out the boredom of family life, and living with a good male counterpart, she ultimately took advantage. Ikes' family deserve a cut in the use of their family name or she should discontinue his family name, as it was with the counter-part of identity by association that she made her claim to fame.
If she so wishes', without the arrangement of court proceedings' taken against her, then she would be able to keep it, but to cut his well earned establishment of effect out, and making a clear cut of association only creates' the impression that it was an effect of she will take it all, and leave ike and his family without any cut, thus portraying her as the greedy tike she really is.
I reserve the right to my own personal opinion on my views', and have not been encouraged by any one to give a personal verdict on the situations, rather an exploitation is an exploitation, and it should be resolved by appropriation of fair cuttings' of the investment of the shared Ike name.

School Uniform
School uniform is at the moment made compulsory for everybody, however not everybody is happy with the implementations' from such governmental schemes'. The uniform as it stands' is increasing more expensive and the hardship grant issued to lone parents' barely covers' all the accessories that are required in and on school promises'. However the government would save money on this proposal by reducing the hardship grant in exchange-for a lessor ruling on the ridicules regulations that are being at the moment imposed on all parents' across the board.
Jumpers' should be enough to cover the basic school badge and identification for boys and girls' with lower garments' for parental choice of appropriation' and a apron style identification for nursery children, whereby clothes are protected from spillage of paint and other materials'. This will cover all the criteria that schools' need on a general basis for identification, with the saving of money by issuing extreme uniforms', that no one can afford then as lone parents' we all need a re-endorsement for such a scheme.
