Statement to the courts for an appeal of acquittal of back-payments'.

It has been noted that he claims that his relationship with his ex partner, was aggressive with attributed verbal abuse and then furthering concerns to the where-abouts of the monetary payments and where they would be allocated and to whom they would be implied and or applied to.

And that he has agreed to pay a termly fee to help his teenage child into furthering educations at a partly agreed rate until a time of stated graduations, if thereafter there is a failure to graduate, on this set agreement then all down payments of furthering acknowledgments will be abandoned.
