France

If France doesn't like the unpleasing look of the shacks' that are built from scrap materials', then a small portion of funds' need to be contributed towards the rebuilding of these communities'.

If the shack/roma communities' are demolished, where will they go? They will be forced to move to other places' that are unfamiliar and will be made to undergo the exact same routine of reestablishment's as before.

The relocating and demolishing of such communities' does not resolve the problem.

Rather; the funds' raised should be spent on small wooden-self-assembled houses', that would be more in keeping with the streets' and or places' where they have taken up residence. The self assemble houses', need to be pictorial-numbered as this will make the assemblement more easy to follow, and many of the men are used to building anyhow.

And this will then have a more pleasing look, if a fund raising community came together to raise funds' for this particular group of people, by obtaining permission from the french government-that if they raise enough funds', to ask for these small self adhesive houses' to be built, as this would then be helping to resolve the problem, rather then disregarding the travler community-by a complete boycott, of what is unfounded, as these settlements have been established for many years'. And that if the plans go ahead to destroy these communities without resolving the problem, the problem Will continue to be there and or elsewhere.

By reintroducing a small scheme of funds', of what is a small scheme of funds' in the scale of the rest of the housed communities', it would be providing them with permanent addresses' whereby the male gender will be able to go to work and register as permanent members' of the community. By going to work, then thereafter they will be able to save money to go into better accommodations' by saving and buying into the market. But as it stands', without permanent addresses' the government know that this wouldn't be possible.

The situation needs to be resolved by practical means' of small investments' on bases until they can afford to go into more accommodating housing, or afford to buy into the market.
