Omar Bashir and the international commitment to over-see a warrant for arrest on grounds' of appeal.

As a head of state, living in a country; with dire political relations at an all time low, and the state of affairs' of the economical downturn, with conflicts brewing within the land, amongst racial tribal natives, Omar Bashir done what he had to, to suffice the general economy and the welfare of the concerning people that surrounded him, at the time.


The outside and or tribal factions', uttering through, their plans to execute him from political power to sever ties' with outside influence demanded that he acted quickly and swiftly in retaliation to the demand of the tribal warfare that would have been set to impose strict military sanctions on the country had then been allowed to push forward with advancements to over throw bashir from a sustained power of negotiations'.

Bashir had no alternative but to launch a military strike on the tribal factions that were plaing to cut all outside race relation ties' with the world at hand, thus leading the people into further poverty and starvation of biblical proportions'.

However; during warfare, unfortunately, there are consequences' of such protection of international commitments of sustained relations and commerce of material and export industry.

Thus the commitments to sustain the ties' with neighbouring international influence outweighed the tribal aggressions that were threatening to advance forward against Bashir.

During this conflict, there was rape and unfortunately a high death toll numbering and boarding a significant amount of undue and uncalculated proportions'.

The sole perpetrators of war crimes', over stepping the authority of Bashir, should be held accountable for their actions', unfortunately there is no substantial evidences to bring the solders to account, such as video footage.

Had there been, eye-witness by video footage, when Bashir could call these perpetrators to account for their crimes' done under the launched strike, of protective inner international commitments'.

We are very sorry that no evidences exit to bring them to account.
