I am presuming that Hasina Patel has asked for legal aid to help in her quest to have her identify changed, so that her and her daughter and or future ventures can go unscathed by the undergrounded actions of her husband, of what she never had any associations with, due to her male counterpart influence of protection, by means of leaving her out of his action, Mrs, then Hasina Patel's husband.

In relation to his actions', she has been branded as part associate and thus this stigma will stay with her for most of,if not all of her lifetime, thus effecting her daughters future prospects pf obtaining any success in and or within the education or work place, thus a continual benefit of systemic reliance will continue to support the income of her and her daughter.

However; if legal aid is granted, for a protection of and change of identity, whereby she is allowed to go into witness protection for the long term effects of the associated name. then her and her daughter can have a relative normal life, with prospects of a new marriage and beginnings'.

By cutting off this opportunity, there will be no hope for the linage of mrs patel's daughter, due to the acquisition of her husbands unknown activities'.
