ReplyDeleteBe you government officials and or not, the fact of the matter is, that any phone hacking and or illegal -conversational - listening and or re-recording, be it for general purposes or court actions' against people who either may and or may not be involved in benefit fraud, can not be submitted into the courts of law and or can not be used in any legal actions' under the British laws of privacy acts', any items used in such away can be classified as an illegal entry and will be thrown out of court. In that, further, any people in such situations can then proceed to take action in relation to sueing because of an infringment of their civil rights', and the governments can be found to be paying in and all legal costs'.
