Gladys Hall

Approving false invoices'

Grounds for appeal

Gladys Hall didn't know that the invoices that went through and or was sent through, year in and year out, on a regular bases, that would not appear to be at first hand, with very minute changes', and or were similar and or almost similar to identical replicas of documentations that had been processed in the same manner for and on continual accounting methods of processes' many years of her working life.

Thus, it would have been the internal FBI's job to locate any potential fraud that was taking place outside from influences out reaching further networks non attainable obtaining information's otherwise withheld from general public, the criminal aliment, that are non identifiable, thus to state the fraud was an association outside the field of both work and colleague ship, and would also be undetectable through sourcing FBI standards agencies'.
