The guilt of knowing that her partner had committed crimes' of sexual natures', on minors'; would be enough to disturb anyone of us.
It is without doubt that after an investigation from the Spanish authorities', there was conclusive evidence that her partner had been involved in such atrocious affairs' of this nature.
It is with this that she gave due thought to the well-care of her childrens' future in regards' to reprimands' from society, towards' and on them.
If she had let them live, what quality of life would they of had ?, I am not making excuses' for her, rather the chances' are, in this matter of affairs', her own children would have be subjected to the care of the Spanish authorities'.
It is a proven fact that half, maybe even more abuses' on children take place in the care of social authorities; as in the presence of the own home environment. And as a mother she undoubtedly, couldn't bare the thought of her children subjected to such abuses' under a systemic-system of unfair and bias care foundations' of what governments, hasn't really any control over the accreditation of the workers' that apply for and or are scrutinised under the health and safety units' of children taken into such systems'. The chances' are that half of the members' of care organisations' are interested in finding out children for their own sexual perverse thoughts' and or game play, and or any abuses' that they find to stimulate their own desires of perversions'.
Having to live with the fact that her partner, had participated in such acts', without her knowledge, and then faced with the prospects' of blame and unconditional torture of questioning, was she apart of his scheme ?. Then subjected to this such questioning, the children would have undergone news-paper invasions', witness protection schemes', of what could have many other impacts' on them in their course of future. So she took it upon herself to decide that, it was possibly better for her children, that she took their lives', rather, then after an eighteen year period, of subjectivity of abuses' within the care system, and or hounding by people who have revenge natures', and or other unknown factors', that could be attributed to their plight of pain. She took the decision that rather then her own children subjected to unknown ordeals, after an eighteen year period of punishments' from society and or torture and or abuses' from inside jobs', that she would end their lives' now, rather then them ending it after a period subjected to many different kinds' of other abuses'.
There is no excuse, and I am not excusing her, rather I am putting her case forward, from the eyes' of a mother that might one day find herself and or hope not to rather, be in that same predicament.
Rather; through the state of affairs' related to the circumstances of her husbands' abuses' and or crimes', she reacted in response to a desperate situation that devastated her, and thinking in-line with the consequences' of her children, she subsequently acted without rational and impulse of conclusive thinking that this way out for them was better then the route of care where subsequently many different kinds of abuses' and revenges' take place on innocent children, who have no part in their parents' crimes' and or no understandings' of their parent s' and or parent crime.
So on impulse of desperation, she acted erratically, to establish a form of subtle euthanasia.

You can practice Homosexuality providing you dont believe and you are not residing in a Muslim land, but if you practice it than you have clearly ventured outside the folds' of Islamic ruling disregarding the teachings' of Allah, thus you will have to reaffirm your faith and subsequently stop the behaviour with immediate effect. Where it is completely forbidden, and or you haven't been shown with evidence the truth of the straight path of conduction's in regards to these matters'.
But once you have been shown with evidence and you truly believe in the Oneness of Allah, and that the final message was brought by the Prophet Mohammad, and that it is the last word of God, then you must stop practising homosexuality with immediate effect.
In regards' to commentary in my other blogs', in regards to homosexuality, it is more of a matter of speaking a language and or means' of emotion that people who don't have a deep understanding of the teachings' and or ways' of the last messenger, can relate too, that the muslim ummah may not understand with true essence of reaching out the call to worship one God. As people who are not raised on the teachings', and or, who are raised in the western hemisphere have better understandings' of emotional etiquette's', then say the Arabs' who have raised in harsh and arid lands', it is of a surety that the Arabs' are used to harsh barren lands' that subsequently have an effect on the conditions and mannerisms' of the emotional state of the heart.
It is with prof of systemic graphing that the blood and frustration levels' are more inclined to be heated than that of soothing lands' where there is coolness of atmosphere impacting on the bodily conditions' of heat and or heated disputes', keeping level headed and thinking about the conditions and or teachings' that have been applied to the west , is not in line with that of the east and subsequently had to be approved with ease of words' and or understandings' of the sensitivity of the heart that these people have been raised with.

Women will marry men who have indulged in this act, providing they are screened for HIV//AIDS prior to their marriage with a six month interval and scrutinising observations' from members' of her family as so to assure and have assurance that the male counterpart has subsequently dissolved all such affairs' in this area of forbidden. However; in regards' to the Muslim lands', if it is found out that he has continued in his plight to subsequently still practice this form of adultery and homosexuality, than the strictness of laws' should be applied. However; if by merciful means' you choose a lesser punishment' due to severity of circumstance whereby the homosexual act is legitimised - then the sin of eternity of hell dwellings' will lay in their hands'. If this is done, then it should be done under smuggling circumstances', that would therefore be classed as a lessor haram, then opening exposing the sinful acts' of these natures'. And Allah knows' best the plight of the mother, and the circumstance4s that people find themselves' in.
However; I would not indulge in it, nor would I propagate it, and I would subsequently, with my own freedoms' of speech,in a diplomatic surroundings', follow the correct teachings' and up-hold the laws in regards' to people who have openly and or who have been distinguished and or caught in the act of penetrational fornication of homosexuality, to the best of Quranic sunnah, providing they are in complete control and know exactly what they are doing in cases' of the knowledge and strength of the deens' teachings'.
However; if they are neither of this, then a correction of behaviour can be made on the agreements' that this subsequent behaviour discontinues with immediate effect.

If any hermaphrodite has given birth, then she is subsequently regarded as a woman, despite having a two-sex chromosome that depicts' both biology's'. And or being raised to believe and then subsequently- with under-handed influence, forced into a different sex gender due to extreme abuses of the body, then you are what the people and or person and or person's have forced you to be, by a deliberate act of abuse to obtain the sex they desired for you to grow into, and if they then subsequently take their shahada, then Allah knows' best what their fate will be in regards to this. If the Shahada is sincere, then Allah will forgive them for their dishonesty.

As Scientology wasn't a founded religion to begin with and stands' on literally mere facts' of manipulative powers', it therefore shouldn't be recognised as a wordily religion and should be discredited with immediate effect.
The reason why I say this, is because not only does it exploit its' members' into a unrealistic psychological environment, it also spreads' commercialization's' to the extreme extents' of profits' for it's own gains' of wordily wealth, the mere fact that the founder of the original paper was a German professor and the original papers were originally re-tracted from German achieves' and re-read by a writer and author who subsequently founded from a religion, that was originally based on psychiatry, begs' to differ, how people could have been miss-led into a false belief and pretence that this work was actually a religion. Rather the white supremacists' found a subsequent paper, and well known established writer to hide behind their heresy's' of activities'.

With these new measure of old routines' established, I will then re-commission the use of Detal-cleaning fluids', of what was the original cleaning substance for floors', as too many different fluids', are being used at once, of what has undoubtedly, also caused more hy-bred bacterias' to spread and new out-breaks' of different adapted cases' of sickness amongst not only crew members' but people who subsequently have outside contact with my staff, thus resulting in catastrophic proportions' of what have already been seen in hospitals' that implore such cleaning products' of vast and different amounts'.
The return to the substances and methods' that were implored previous, if we look back into medical-records and systemic graphing, we Can clearly see that health and physical strength was at an all time high, of what we can clearly see now, as a result of new methods' being implored, have resulted in a down-turn of hygienic affairs', resulting in thousands' of new and or extreme cases' of bacterial poisoning.

To remind everyone, there are rulings' and advices' that I will give, that I may not agree with, but will be a lesser medicine, that may not apply to your land and or lands'.
Rather, I try my best to up-hold, to the best of my ability the Islamic rulings', and try to give Islamic advices that improve the betterment of the peoples' condition, this may Veriee because of the land that I reside in.

Marriage
For rulings' regarding the pronouncing of the word divorce
Many people have different vices', and or sicknesses', of what can cause them to pronounce the word divorce, or the divorce, this however doesn't mean that you are divorced, rather, the ruling is so strict because Allah knows the nature of Mans' volatile behaviour, and this ruling is there, as a deterrent to stop the emotional blackmail of the husbands' strength to hurt his wife and or wives'.
Though \I have explained this ruling, it should be up-held as much as possible under the times' of extreme pressure, and shouldn't be used in haste of hurting and or abusing the softness of the woman's nature.
Remember; you guys' are not the prophet, who subsequently had no temper, or little temper, thus Allah, gave you this as a warning to prevent the abuses' of the female heart, and you guys' should fear Allah in this regards' and hold your tongue, as you may-regard it, to be insignificant, but the women will hold you to account for your words' and you will be dumped, there is only so much abuse a woman can take, and it does hurt.
Oh I feel guilty, isn't good enough, for the sensitivity of a woman's' heart.
I think, for your show, you should have this one, and an advanced question and answer, this is really for beginners'.
