The answer is clearly no .

There are council and neighbourhood meetings' that deal with direct links' into MP's who ultimately deal with issues' relating to local areas' that need investments', that will ultimately kill the dead-end muggings' and or other related criminal issues'. It is as a Home Office Secretary, that you are speaking on behalf of, and with experience of diplomacy. It is rather, more added bureaucracy and not really and or rather re-tracking away from the Jobs' at hand.

Rather, we can see what areas' are hit by criminal natures', by the reports' of statical graphs' that are kept as part of our documentations' and all records' that come in from, off the beat police, and rather this proposal will be at most, a waste of police time, money and effort.

It would be better and had been established already with the MP's who have real concerns brought forward by members' or appointed members' of the community, who thereby, air all their concerns' about the subsequent areas' and or paths', routes and or roads', streets' etc, etc, and have the details' passed on, into a direct link with the force.

The MP's, have links' in with the local community and this does save money, time, and effort that would untimely be wasted in setting up and hosting other outlets', that probably wouldn't be effective anyway.

If I am correct, holding meetings' with local police-community-stationed-officers' in offices' of private out-letting holdings', will ultimately be a waste of time and money and rather the police should be concentrating on the Job at hand, of community policing, of what is the old ways' that have always' up-held stability, of on the beat, or grounded with foundations' to certain areas' of police walkings' and or biking controls'.

So it is quite clear that even though your proposals' seem idyllic, it is your Job to work in diplomacy and it is our Job to solve crimes' and or subjects' of criminal natures'. It is not however beneficial to us that we have a cross-over of diplomacy of what is not the peoples' language, people who are victims' to crime, and or high criminal ratings' understand the language of police patrolling' and action. We have already , office based police, that deal with paper work, we do not ultimately need anymore.

D.N.A Testing

It is without doubt that D.N.A testing is beneficial for the police force and to tackle crime related issues'.

However with all the experience that I (you) have had in the police force there has to be an age related limitation and or limits' in how much D.N.A testing is done.

Children shouldn't be D.N.A tested until the ages' of 18 +, and only D.N.A screened at 16 + in the most serious of crimes'. This will give the children a chance to turn around if they decide to go down the route of a criminal path and then subsequently change their minds' and or reform with interventional programmes'.

As for D.N.A testing, in most cases' it is a waste of time, waiting up to two-to three weeks' for the results' to come back for misdemeanor offences' such as cautions' and or over-night arrests' for drunken behaviour. D.N.A testing should be for criminals' who are subjected to prison terms' of serious natures' and or re-offenders'.

Thus, to screen everyone, is a ridicules proposal and a waste of time and police funding, rather if the politicians' were to allow us to get on with our Jobs', there would be more money pumped into controlling criminal offences', and we would be able to have more of a grip on criminal behaviour.

However; if we are roped into these unrealistic proposals', you would force us to abandon the job at hand' of policing and keeping the children in order and good conditions, thus increasing lost funds', time wasting' and stupid unrealistic rules' of regulations' that are just physically and mentally and statistically impossible, with loads' and loads of wasted paper and test results', that come to us then have to be reposted to the subsequent persons' who have hosted minor misdemeanors' that have no credit ratings' with criminal offences', rather, just inappropriate behaviour. Let us do our Job, that will ultimately reduce carbon emissions' and help the rainforest's alliance of preserving trees'.

Actually, in the early days', I would have done all the advices' that I had or have given, give or take a few steps'. Rather you all rushed in head first.

But as one ages', and circumstance change, so do the opinions' of one who matures'.

If there are unfair proposals' and or dictatorship of members' in the chair holding positions, who establish strong links', keeping our unions' and actions' down, as so we are forced into unfair submission, how then will we ever be able to stand up for our rights' of equal opportunity, to exercise our Democratic rights' of freedoms' of speech and expression?.

If we are all subsequently striking, then that is enough evidence to demand that we are heard and that there must be something wrong in our industry of employees'. I mean it would be stupid to presume that we are striking just for the mere pleasure of striking, rather we are holding out for our voices' to be heard in regards' to our jobs'and what we do as so to establish more fair rights' for us.

Our Jobs' hold the unity of the lands' together and without our link, then their would be no unity.

We wish to be recognised, and heard, with the chair holders' putting our concerns' at the forfront of priority.

How can striking, of what is our right as a union, be illegal?.

It is stupid to give us a law, of what then you say, is subsequently illegal, our we a union or not?, unions' have the right to strike against unfair measures' that are imposed as a result of a bias cabinet and or cabnits', that share in most of the top pay wages', without even leaving their seats'. Is it their lives' that they are putting at risk ?, or is it us who are safe guarding lives', with our plight to get people to their destinations'.

I think people should invest in swing over rope ladders', that attach with strong hooks' to the edge of their windowsills'. They would drop straight down to the ground, for people who reside in terraced houses'. These should be supplied by the council as part of their health and safety regime.

Or you could always' lower the children inside your duvet cover, if they are strong enough that is..
