There is two ways in handling such a case:

1. To summarise the evidence as inconclusive, without any  DNA profile of accounts to match, to then obtain a conviction, with a small amount of compensation to be paid to the, person accused, in damages'.

2. Or, to host a full blown investigation, with a host of racial implications that could also bring down a good section of the justice department if found to be in figure of conspire to bring to account, a innocent victim.



Or, thereafter, to be held accountable, innocent until proven guilty.
