Abu Qaddater

The police and courts' and other independant investigators and investigations have taken place on Abu Qaddater, and his family, to no avail.

It appears that the justices' in this case, are wrong and are more concerned about a pay out in compansations'.

I suggest that Abu Qaddter, starts his own court cases', that I will pay for out of my funds'

1. Wrongly and unlawfully accused

2. Public humilliation

3. Stress

4. House arrest, with intent to defame

5. Public fame for all the worng reasons that have caused his family to live in fear of reprisals'

6. Unlawfull time delay with no official, set evidance that this particular member of the muslim community was a particpant of

7. Other members of his family had to go into immidiate hiding because of the unlawful alligations set by the courts'

8. Unlawful government commentating in the public arena, without any legal binding warrent to affirm a fear and state of fear of a terrorist claim

9. Named and defamed under terrorist alligations with no evidance

10. Prolonged case files' set by the courts that are now refusing by way of case delay to pay their own public fine for their own error and misgivings'.
